During the consultation process regarding proposed pay date change, there are now supplemental Frequently Asked Questions with answers which will be cascaded this week in response to comments received. Please ask your line manager to obtain more information.

Specific questions have been raised about moving mortgage/rent payments from the end of one month to the beginning of the next month. These could be issues regarding missing a monthly payment or charges associated with the change.
