No excuse now…. The 2015 May pedometer challenge has begun…
By now you should have walked at least 10,000 steps a day since Monday. Remember other activities count towards your target too… mow the lawn, decorating and climbing the stairs all count!! You could even take up a new hobby – ballet dancing?, cheerleading?, Bee walking? (see story in Best for Communities) or just get out and enjoy the fresh air… Good luck!!
