Staff at Rugby office have been donating their old Christmas cards to The Woodland Trust.

Anna Hughes, UK Facilities Coordinator, explained: “We have donated our used Christmas cards to M&S who, for every 1,000 received, fund The Woodland Trust to plant a tree. The M&S Christmas Card Recycling Scheme is now in its fifth year and the UK has 32,000 trees, thanks to previous collections.  CEMEX House donated 1,000 cards so we should all be very proud that a tree will soon be planted thanks to our efforts.”

Anna is hoping the initiative will become a yearly event and encourages other sites to join in next year.
