The Readymix Operations Supervisors Programme visited the Rugby Customer Services Centre on Tuesday for part of their training programme looking at why Customer Service is so important to differentiate us from Competitors and our Readymix Improvement Plan which addresses gaps the Customer Survey told us were key.
Tamsin Rodriguez commented: “We were delighted to show everyone around the centre and have ‘sit by’ time with our staff seeing first-hand how we work.”
