Neil Farmer and the Team at Rail ran their first training course specifically designed to ensure the competence of staff working on or near our rail track sidings. There are unique hazards around rail sidings and specific rules and conventions which must be adhered to. CEMEX have been a leading partner in developing this course for the industry, and following a successful pilot, are running the first full course at Dove Holes Quarry.

There were representatives from Dove Holes, Hope Street, Bletchley and the sleeper factory on this particular course. There are a significant number of people at many locations who will benefit from this training throughout the UK.
