Well done to Steve Spark, Quarry Manager, and the team at Hatfield Quarry who opened the Quarry gates for their first school visit of the year by Howe Dell Primary school.  60 pupils enjoyed a walk around the site dig area where the Quarry process was explained to them.

They were given time have a look at the machines in the dig area then taken back to the possessing Plant to see how the raw materials are turned in products ready for sale into the open market.

A great day was had by all!
