Pilots of the new Digital ways of working for Customers are soon to be launched in Mexico and USA.

To support future development of the tools a DCM Team has been working with key business representatives in workshops this week. The tools cover requesting prices, placing orders, tracking and receiving deliveries and paying invoices.

Thanks to everyone supporting us in our development efforts for the UK! We’ve had great feedback and input.  Also thanks to Jose Maria in Spain who supported all the workshops via teleconference.
