On 10th July Concrete Products and Packed Cement Customer Service Team had the annual surveillance assessment of the quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
The assessment was chaired by Bill Siviter of CPC, who commented: “What an excellent and knowledgeable team you have.” Not one observation or NCR was raised and it was a very rewarding day for the team. This is another step towards our ambition to achieve Superior Customer Experience Everywhere…. Every Time!
