Ian has inspired his driver team to improve month by month and leads the most successful operation in the UK.  He incentivises his drivers with small prizes such as truck merchandise and encourages depots to compete against each other.

Not only has he maintained fuel savings but by challenging his drivers to adopt new driving styles has seen a reduction in blameworthy accidents by 25%.
