Thanks to Craig Hooper for sharing the work completed on some new JUSTCi 8 Wastes training film as part of the continuous improvement programme.
The first focused on DEFECTS, one of the eight WASTES of continuous improvement or Operational Excellence. The second film explained more on MOTION where time is wasted moving within workspaces, for example, wasting time walking between machines during start-up operations. Craig thanked Ashish Dogra for the production, Mark Beagrie for the script and Jodie Hopkins for the narration.
