Laura Northam from Accounts Receivable at our Stockton Shared Service Centre (SSC) sent this note to advise as from Tuesday 3rd April 2018Stockton’s SSC will be open and available to take calls from 7.00am every week day, excluding UK Bank Holidays. This change of opening hours is a pilot for the month of April and May to assist with opening times at our operations.
We will be assessing the calls taken by the Clerks during this period, to evaluate whether this extension of an extra hour has been beneficial to customers/commercial etc, and they had reviewed distribution lists to ensure that blocking reports are seen by a wider audience.
Further updates will be advised regarding the success of the pilot in due course.
