There were three intensive days of face-to-face CRM training in Rugby last week as we went live with our sales teams in RMX East Midlands and Aggregates South East. Led by Terri Charles and supported by our own CRM Power-Users, our sales colleagues worked through Opportunities, Quotes, Customer Touch, Service and Case Management. Many thanks to Rafa, Honza, Marta, Gloria, George, Gino and everyone else supporting our Go Live, and it was great to welcome Daniel Escduero too.
