After over 50 years of production, Newcastle Concrete Plant finally closed last week.

As a final farewell the team brought back Bobby Betts to batch the last ever load of concrete. Bobby worked for the company for over 42 years with many of those years spent batching at Newcastle, before retiring two years ago.

A big thankyou to Bobby, drivers, staff and also General Manager, Ian White, for providing the grub for this nostalgic event.
