I am delighted to inform your that Paul Daly, Inbound Controller Rugby Cement Plant, has won the February 2019 TFYE Award.

The Award is for going above and beyond when developing a new computer-based induction system. Paul has built a new touchscreen visitor induction system and has also created a mobile app (CRIS – CEMEX Rugby Induction System) to manage visitor inductions and track all visitors on site.  This new app removes the need for an induction card and it also provides the ability to account for visitors on site in case of an emergency.
