This is to let you know about a new initiative to ensure the security of our information in line with our policies.

During May 2019, we will introduce?Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which will improve safe access to CEMEX data and?institutional?applications. It requires a second form of authentication when accessing your CEMEX account via your mobile devices or personal PC.

In the next few days you will receive an email from?CEMEX Collaboration Services and/or CEMEX Security Culture?with further instructions to configure the parameters in your Office 365 portal account, as well as instructions to download and setup the MFA process. There are three different options you will be provided as your primary way to confirm your access: Mobile application, SMS Text Msg or phone landline.

It is mandatory to comply and follow this policy to guarantee access to your Outlook email account and Office 365 applications.
