In our Northern Planning Department all six offices under Paul Cook’s remit (including Mortar) have been using a Skype group to contact each other if a new order that has come through for another area has slipped outside the SAL for processing.

This works well to ensure they are processing all orders coming into the Northern region in good time and keeps the six offices talking to each other.
