The Wickwar team saluted Mike Thomas (pic left), who completed 50 years service on 23rd June (1969-2019). Wow!
Mike is part of the Wickwar Quarry Excavation team. During his time it’s estimated Mike will have hauled, c15M/tons of rock to the Primary Crusher!!
The photo shows Quarry Manager, Frank Hogg, presenting Mike with a commemorative digger! The team also had a hog roast to honour Mike.
