The Logistics team received great feedback from customers regarding our service and approach to business over the past few weeks. Here is a summary of some of the feedback:
Biker Wenwaste praised our decision to remain open with new procedures to keep everyone safe. The customer thanked us for our consistency stating: “The difference with CEMEX to others was that you made a decisive decision about remaining open and stuck with it. Others in the industry closed, then reopened, then closed again. This caused confusion and often cost the haulier in wasted mileage.”
John Beaty Transport commented: “We have found CEMEX really good and easy to deal with during these difficult times. Considering all the upheaval CEMEX staff have had, we think they are doing a brilliant job.” They have had no issues getting hold of anyone and the team are calling in with work just the same as before.
Dean from Calder CAD commented that the service was: “seamless… you wouldn’t know that the Planners were at home and the team remained professional at all times.”
Customer, Hastings, think everyone has done well and our system is working well, and passed on “a big well done to all the team”.
