Massive congratulations to the Materials Team up in Scotland for getting themselves back up and running last week.  Here’s a photo of their first load after 70 days of zero production; they are now registering some volumes on their daily sales sheets!!!

They have further orders at Greenock and Polmadie and a windfarm pour so, as Brad Murphy, General and Commercial Manager for Scotland, commented: “It looks like we’ve slowly started up and the next battle is working within the new COVID-19 guidelines.

Lots of innovative work and effort has gone in by Michael McKenna and Derek Caird to get us ready and by Carol McGeough who has liaised with our IHC Drivers to get ready for this.”

It’s a huge team effort for everyone to start up again and get used to the new ways of working, well done.
