Thanks also go to Darren Hockley, Transport Planner/Shipper for the Home Counties.  Darren has had to cope with an increased workload at the plants in Oxfordshire having gone from two plants to one and the workload having gone from circa. 200m3 to 500m3 per day.  In addition to this, Darren has had to act as Office Manager whilst the team leader was on leave.  There have been no signs of stress or any complaints from Darren over this time although there was massive pressure on him.
