2020 has been a year like no other, and there are lots of resources available now on supporting your mental health. There is a very strong link between getting outside for a walk, or other exercise, and mental wellbeing. Even when the weather is changing we can still get out and about to help our mood – so grab those scarves and wellies and go for a stomp.
