The first of our quarterly eNPS pulse surveys was recently launched by our third party provider, Perceptyx, to all our employees with a CEMEX email address.
As you know we use NPS to understand our Customers’ Experience and how likely they are to recommend CEMEX to other customers. As well as the Employee Engagement Index, we are now also using Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) as a way of measuring Employee Experience and how likely we would be to recommend CEMEX as a great place to work.
We know that it is important to listen carefully to feedback from these surveys because employee engagement feedback can really make a difference in influencing how successful we are in achieving our business priorities.
The pulse survey will run from 26th March to 9th April and as always, your responses and comments will remain strictly confidential (as is your individual demographic information) and will never be visible to anyone at CEMEX. So be sure to look out for the email from Perceptyx and take a few minutes to complete this quick and easy survey.
