During the summer, CEMEX Birmingham embarked on supplying over 15,000m3 of high performance concrete to support the construction of the D wall at HS2 Bromford tunnel East Portal. Last week, exactly five months to the day, they supplied the final 220m3 of the 600mm flow, six hour flow retention and low bleed concrete for a significant section of this prestigious project.
