In May 2020 we communicated a change in the way users would access SAP CRP. This was to stop using the SAP Web Logon page and instead to use the SAP Logon Pad.

Access restrictions were not implemented in the SAP Web Logon page and some users have continued to use this process. However, this will no longer be possible, and we are sending this notification to please change to using the SAP Logon PAD if you have not already done so.

If you don’t already have the logon pad on your desktop the program can be found under the Window application menu on your PC.

If your SAP Logon PAD shows version 740 rather than 750 please contact the GSC to have this updated.

In case the CRP client does not show in your SAP Logon 750 PAD then please follow the instructions found in the document link below to add the CRP client manually:  here
