Paul Nicholson, Operations Manager – Readymix, recently shared a great example of the benefits of Take5 and importantly, taking positive action. Thanks for sharing this.

Paul explained: “Putting the Take5 on the driver’s tablet to good use – one mixer driver from Hereford highlighted his concerns about a site we were delivering to that had signage cautioning against asbestos and lead.

Our driver raised it with me, and I attended a site meeting with the customer who explained all of the procedures in place. They explained that the asbestos was removed before the site started and that the signs just had not been removed. The lead was also well managed and no safety concern to our drivers.

The driver’s positive action highlights the good use of the Take5 for the drivers and hopefully shows we are working as one team to get the job done safely at all times.”
