Customer Centricity

It’s a Go for CEMEX Go

Recently, Alex Salisbury, Projects Specialist & Optimisation Digital Innovation UK, was invited to our customer, BAM Nuttall’s Viaduct Road project in Leeds, to conduct a workshop on how CEMEX Go can benefit them. Alex ran the workshop together with Dominic Burke, Yorkshire Commercial Manager, and Carl Robinson, Yorkshire Sales Executive.

There were approximately 25 people in attendance, some in person and some remotely. The site is complex due to having 13 different delivery points and BAM were really keen to see how CEMEX Go could help them manage their orders across the whole project.

BAM really liked the order scheduling features allowing them to block book concrete orders in advance and have visibility of their orders in one place. Also, the tracking capabilities allows them to visualise exactly where their deliveries are up to, which will help improve efficiency of their workforce on site.

The workshop was really successful, and we are now in the process of registering users to the tool.

Well done to the CEMEX team for successfully helping a customer on board with CEMEX Go!
