We want all of our employees to feel they can ask questions of our business leaders and receive transparent answers.

While Team Talks and the annual Communications Forum offer this, many of you have requested the ability to have more frequent opportunities so are launching ASK LEX.

If you have a question related to the business then Lex Russell, Managing Director of UK Materials, is happy to answer this for you or find someone who can.  All questions are welcome – whether it is around strategy, performance, pricing, our products, site portfolio, or matters related to employee health and wellbeing.

Simply send any questions through to [email protected] and the Communications team will manage this directly with Lex. Written answers will then be provided back to you and, if appropriate, shared in UK News for others to read.
