Thanks to the dedication and hard work of over 180 Cemex employees globally, we were able to save over 64,500 litres of water through the Water Saving Challenge. This is equivalent to filling one bathtub every day for an entire year!

To win the challenge, participants had to engage in various water-saving actions both at work and at home. The more actions a user registers, the higher their points tally.

We would like to especially congratulate winners Marcin Siekierski – Technologist (Poland), Bernadett Farkas – Treasury (Hungary) and Ethan Clarke (UK), Manager Carbon UK & Special Projects EU, for achieving the top three positions globally in the challenge. Moreover, the Water Saving Challenge will award additional prizes to the top three performers in each region.
