Air Telecom selected as our new mobile services partner – here’s what you need to know:
Cemex UK have recently selected Air Telecom as our new partner for mobile services. This contract gives Cemex several benefits, including more flexibility to use different carriers.
We will continue to use Vodafone for our voice services, but we now have the option to be able to use EE for data connections at our operating plants to complement fixed link networks.
If current users of mobile phones and tablets need IT related support, the following channels should be used:
- For new connections and devices (i.e. new mobile phones, SIM activations, any IT purchases): Local IT should be contacted as usual through gb-itprocurement@cemex.com
- For support and connection requests for existing mobile phone and tablet connections and service management (i.e. no service on phone, loss of service locally, voicemail password resets and Wi-Fi calling not working, roaming), please contact Air Telecom support directly on the details below:
