There is one kind of service review that you may have encountered before, you may have used it to guide your own opinions, or you may even have added your own opinions online. This is Google Reviews!

At Cemex UK, we monitor all of our sites Google Reviews and we were delighted to read this recent review from Dove Holes: “Been in to load this morning for the first time in ages. I was greeted with a happy and friendly lady on the weighbridge and then again by another happy and chatty lady on the out-bridge who gave me two chocolate chip muffins. What a massively refreshing change to be treated this way at a quarry and definitely worth a 5 star review”

The feedback has been shared with the Dove Holes team, but we thought this was worth sharing with the everyone as a fantastic example of how great customer service can make such a positive impression of our company, enough to move someone to write us a glowing 5* review.
