Over the past few years Cemex UK has contributed to various junior football teams as part of supporting grassroots football, by sponsoring football kits or supporting other areas related to improving facilities.

In 2024 Cemex provided sponsorship for the football kit for Belvedere Park Football club in Burton on Trent. The junior squad includes George, the son of EMEA H&S Director, Robert House (see photo). Grassroots football is essential for health and wellbeing and provides other social benefits to communities surrounding our Cemex operations.
