The latest relates to an incident during recent adverse weather conditions, where an agency worker suffered an ankle injury when he slipped and fell while walking into work.

The Alert highlights the need for robust arrangements to minimise the hazards and risks from adverse weather.  It also outlines personal responsibilities to keep ourselves safe and the importance of reporting any gaps in processes and procedures via the Near Miss / Hazard Alert system.
