Action for Happiness – Mindful March

Want more moments of calm and clarity? Remembering to pause and live mindfully helps us get more out of life and cope better in difficult times.

This month the Action For Happiness focus is on being mindful. The idea is that these simple activities will help us all to be more present in the money and identify what makes us happy.

Learning to be more mindful and aware can do wonders for our well-being in all areas of life – like the way we eat, the things we notice or our relationships. It helps us get in tune with our feelings and stops us dwelling on the past or worrying about the future – so we get more out of the day-to-day. It can also help us identify what we’re grateful for, which has been proven to help boost your happiness levels!
