This week we celebrated the one millionth tonne we have supplied into Warrington depot since it started operating early in 2016 as a ‘pop up’ depot with a patch of land, a grab and a weighbridge.

Over the years it has become established as a core depot in our North West supply chain. Our Supply Chain team are now exploring opportunities with our partners at DB Cargo to see if we can enhance the storage and move volumes further forward through this important site to support North West customer supplies.

Aggregate is transported by rail from our Dove Holes quarry to our Warrington depot, it is then collected by our customers, direct from the site.
