A message from Lex Russell, Chair of the UK Health & Safety Committee….  I’m pleased to share that, as of the end of June, our Rugby Cement Plant has achieved an outstanding milestone: one full year with ZERO Lost Time Injuries (LTIs). This means the entire Cemex UK business is now celebrating one year of ZERO LTIs!

On behalf of the UK Health & Safety Committee, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone across our UK operations. This achievement is a testament to your personal commitment and dedication to looking after yourselves and each another. You should all be incredibly proud.

As we continue to navigate change within our organisation, I’d like to take this moment to remind everyone to keep health, safety, and wellbeing at the forefront.
