The latest Safety Alerts are from operations in EMEA from incidents in 2025. One relates to an LTI that occurred in a quarry while carrying out excavator checks, another relates to an injury caused by tripping on loose boot laces, and the others are High Potential (HiPo) incidents that could have resulted in very serious consequences.
