For those colleagues or teams whose contribution has had a significant impact, our Thanks For Your Effort recognition scheme provides an opportunity to formally celebrate their achievements.

This peer recognition programme shines a spotlight on colleagues who consistently go the extra mile and demonstrate our Cemex values by:
