Colleagues from across our Marine business recently came together for the first of two annual Masters and Chiefs meetings, providing an important opportunity to strengthen collaboration across our Materials business.

The meeting focused on key areas including health and safety, engineering, reserves and resources, commercial activities and logistics, helping ensure alignment on priorities and performance across the business.

Bringing together expertise from across the Marine business, the event encouraged open discussion, knowledge sharing and closer working relationships. By collaborating and engaging across teams, colleagues were able to share insights, discuss challenges and identify opportunities to work more effectively together in support of our customers and operations.

The Masters and Chiefs meetings continue to play a valuable role in fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement across the Marine business.
