Congratulations to Iftikhar Arain (Ifty) on his promotion to S&C Business Manager within our UK Rail Solutions business.

Ifty joined Cemex in 2008 through an agency before becoming a full-time employee in 2014, working within the Rail Solutions Design team. Over the past 18 years, Ifty has built extensive expertise in rail design, progressing through a number of roles and most recently serving as Senior Design Engineer. His dedication, commitment to learning and passion for the business have earned him the respect of colleagues across the organisation.

Sharing a few words about his new position Ifty shared: “I am incredibly proud to be taking on this new role within Rail Solutions. My journey with Cemex has been both rewarding and enjoyable, and I am grateful for the support, guidance, and opportunities I have received along the way. I am excited about the challenges ahead and look forward to working closely with our teams and customers to continue delivering excellent results and supporting the future growth of the business.”

As he takes on this new leadership position, we wish Ifty every success in his role as S&C Business Manager and look forward to seeing him continue to support the growth and success of our Rail Solutions business.
