2020 Superior Customer Experience Awards Now Open

Continuously delivering a superior experience to our customers is hard work, and the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t made it any easier.  However, we consistently strive to find the best way to meet our customers’ expectations whether by embodying attributes, taking action to improve their experience, or inspiring others to do the same; and we believe that your extraordinary efforts are worth being acknowledged.

For the second year in a row, we launched the Superior Customer Experience Award in all regions to recognise locally and globally the efforts of business units on steps taken for becoming a customer-centric organisation.  Once more, you will have the opportunity to receive recognition across three categories: Net Promoter Score best practices, CEMEX Go orders adoption, and Best Initiatives Implemented.
