At the Preston Brook Planning Centre the team have an ongoing Aggregates and Asphalt Customer Service Enhancement Initiative Scheme. This promotes customer relationship development initiatives such as Call Bob and First Class Order Taking techniques and CEMEX Fleet Vehicle Efficiencies – Load Per Vehicle Day. These align to their key KPIs driving continuous improvement in the CEMEX customer service experience.
Colleagues at the Planning Centre personnel in Preston Brook recently enjoyed the latest presentations to reward their hard work and commitment to customer service.
The Customer Service Award for June was awarded to the Dove Holes team for an all-round excellent customer service offering.
The CEMEX Aggregate Fleet Efficiency (LPVD) for June was awarded to the Yorkshire team for achieving an outstanding LPVD of 5.08 against a budget of 4.98.
