CEMEX Go CRM Deployment Gains Pace…..

The deployment of CEMEX Go CRM in the UK Materials business is very much under way.  Terri Charles fills us in on progress:

“We have now completed this across Aggregates nationally with the final session in Preston Brook.

Thanks to the Northern and Scotland teams who actively participated across the two days. You all worked hard to understand the new tool with a great level of interaction.

We then followed this up with another workshop in Readymix with our Yorkshire and East Anglia markets. Again, thank you for your participation and questions and willingness to learn the new system.

We have been discussing the agile methodology and the importance of using Dynamics and giving feedback so we can keep making improvements with our digital transformation and deliver a Superior Customer Experience.

Terri continued…. I would like to thank Jessie Ryan and the team for their continued support and excellent demonstration of Dynamics throughout the implementation. I would also like to thank Kadir Karabulut and his colleagues from Europe representing France, Spain and Germany for attending last week’s workshop – hopefully they found it beneficial for when they implement in their respective countries.”
