CJE Visits Result In Changes….

As you may be aware the second round of customer journey experience visits took place recently where Senior Managers visited customer facing parts of the business to see how they work and find out about improvements and best practices that can be shared.

These visits have resulted in some really positive changes in every one of our businesses. Here are a few just from Readymix:

 

 

  1. Started pilot for new Cash Sales tool in Area 12 and Area 20.
  2. Recruiting staff into the Customer Service Centre to maintain our Customer Service Promise commitments.
  3. Cross product training to be undertaken between Readymix and Aggregates Cash Sales Teams to maximise opportunities.

Each change is an improvement to our customer service and hopefully your engagement too!
