Rob Wilkinson, Regional Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, shared this encouraging update on teams working together to solve customer issues at a Readymix pour in Kings Lynn

“Late in the day it was established that the customer was going to run out of product. Lead Driver, Julian Poole, arranged for three drivers to come back to work and satisfy the order. The Drivers: Neal Hill, Emma Chapman and Bob Gillett got back to base at 8.30pm having made the emergency deliveries.

There was excellent collaboration across Aggregates Ops, RMC and Supply Chain to ensure the customer’s orders were met.”
