Terri Charles and the team completed the final two CRM workshops in the UK Materials business last week in Rugbycovering six market areas in Readymix; North East, Scotland and South Coast on Tuesday and Wednesday and finally North West, South West and Home Counties on Thursday and Friday. There was fabulous interaction from both workshops in a very busy training room with lots of activity and high energy. Thank you for embracing the new system and carrying on our digital journey.

Once again thanks to all our UK team who supported the rollout, in particular Jessie Ryan, Lucy Birch, Danielle Beaumont and Darren Bland. Also, a big thank you to Ernesto Garza and his team for coming over to support the go live and help us with implementation.

We will now spend a period of time bedding in the tool and reinforcing the learnings to help us get to our 100% adoption target before we turn our attention to Phase 2 of the Go live. This will be use of the mobile version and training the Technical team for product complaint recording.
