Customer Journey Experience (CJE) Visits

The UK pilot CJE scheme where Managers from around the business visit customers and customer facing staff is continuing. 

As part of the global initiative to make CEMEX more customer-focused, and to help understand the good points and bad points of our customer’s journeys through the CEMEX business, almost all of CJE visits in the UK have now taken place.  Look out for a visit near you!
