40 of the UK Senior Managers are involved in the customer journey experience pilot visiting customer sites (internal and external) to talk to customers about their experience of doing business with CEMEX. The idea is to make us easier to do business with.
Jesus, Lex and Chris Leese have led the way with visits to the Readymix shipping offices at Fulham, Preston Brook and the Cement Planning Team at Rugby.
