Digital Service Is One Step Closer

Last week Terri Charles, Cluster Manager East Midland and Lincolnshire, and Tamsin Rodriguez, Readymix Customer Service Manager, went to a Digital Commerical Model (DCM) workshop in Prague. 

The aim of the workshop was to ask people from different countries around the business to work with the Global Team building our new digital solution.  In the future customers will be able to choose different ways to do business with CEMEX – in a way that works best for them – so that we can be ‘Best for Customers’. The digital model will help our customers do business with us electronically.

The workshop attendees were there to validate, look at and comment on the proposed digital tools to be put in place. The workshop pooled people and expertise from all over the global business.
