First NPS Survey of 2023

The first NPS survey of 2023 launched this week on 7th March! The survey will be remain open until 30th March.

It will be sent to a sample of external customers from each UK Business, asking for them to provide feedback on their Customer Experience at each step in their journey with us.

The survey gives them the opportunity to provide feedback on what they think we do well and what they think we could improve.

Our Customer Experience Committee will then review the results and identify any pain points that need further investigation and improvement initiatives.
