Well done to the Team at the CSC in Rugby – there has been some fantastic feedback from internal and external customers.  The new Team for external and internal sales have been working brilliantly and this is paying off with tender and call statistics improving.

Special mention to: Anna, Amy, Anita, Hannah and Debs who all got glowing feedback from customers for their helpful attitudes.  As Stuart Keighley says: “What we know is that everyone can make concrete (even me!) so it’s the way we interact and service our customers (both internal and external) that matters and all helps win us great orders”.
